A good cup is characterised to be flavourful if it has good notes such as chocolate, caramel, fruity or flowery. In terms of the body, we look into the thickness of the coffee. Generally, a good body will have the consistency of coconut water whereas if the espresso is low body, then it’s not considered a good cup of coffee. The place of coffee cultivation also affects the flavour profile of coffee. 1. At one time, I used to drink a lot of strong coffee. My favourite coffee maker was a Bialetti stovetop, using ‘Espresso’ finely ground coffee.
Unfortunately, I got old, and my stomach started to reject such a strong brew.
Thanks for following my blog. 🙂
    Best wishes, Pete.
